Taking the Reiki Journey with Lorraine was a turning point in my life.

My path took me from being someone who arrived for a healing session and was at a very low point in life to a confident person who went on to walk the Reiki Path to Master Teacher Level.  Following surgery and radiotherapy for breast cancer a few years ago, I was struggling to get my energy back.  Someone suggested to me that I should try Reiki, and so I did a Level 1 course with Lorraine.  I didn't know quite what to expect because it's not something you can "read up on" from a book; to understand Reiki you need to experience it.  Reiki has made a really significant difference to my quality of life.  For instance, I find it greatly improves my sleep, to the extent that six hours of sleep following a Reiki treatment leaves me more refreshed than eight hours of sleep used to do before I was able to do Reiki.  My energy levels are definitely better when I do Reiki regularly.  Some months after doing the Level 1 course I went on to do the Level 2 course with Lorraine, and this has deepened my understanding and appreciation of Reiki.  It's one of the most useful and beneficial things I have ever learned to do, something I can do for family and friends as well as myself

 I had no idea that I had the gift that is Reiki Healing, until a truly life changing experience on the Reiki First Degree training day. Lorraine takes you on a journey of self awareness and self discovery. We were provided with information on the history of Reiki,
and how to connect to Reiki through a number of techniques, allowing your mind to be at peace and receive spiritual energy to guide hands on healing. Lorraine is an excellent teacher, who ensured that each student understood the meaning of Reiki and the techniques
involved, as well as encouraging students to work on fellow students in a very relaxing atmosphere. I am happy to make a daily commitment to a number of Reiki techniques. As a result I am much more relaxed, patient and more focused following this amazing day. I have also used the self healing technique successfully on a recent surgical procedure. Thank you Lorraine

"Lorraine is a caring, experienced and professional teacher and I was delighted to do both my Reiki I and Reiki II with her. She is sensitive to people going through the different energy shifts associated with being attuned to the Reiki energy and I felt that I was in safe hands opening up myself to the new energies and playing with them in her classes. Choosing A Reiki teacher is, in itself a leap of faith. Whilst reputation and recommendation are valuable indicators, the learning process is so personal, that you cannot tell, until you are actually going through it, if you have chosen well.

 My name is Jill and in 2000 I felt I wanted to search for another meaning to my life, something that was worthwhile and perhaps could make a difference to other people.  I had wondered about Reiki but had not felt a connection with the right Teacher. I asked the Universe to help find one, and one day I read an advert in a local paper, it was Lorraine and inviting candidates for Reiki. I rang and on hearing Loraine's voice which was so gentle and informative I had immediate connection. Lorraine has attuned me to 1.2. and Master Reiki level. All the levels were beautifully organized, informative, supportive and carried out in a professional manner. Loraine had plenty of time and patience teaching me treatments, hand positions and nothing was too much trouble for her. I have been a successful practitioner now for 9 years and have enjoyed another dimension to my life in the knowledge that I have made a difference to people. I have attuned both Daughters and family, one daughter in particular on gaining her Master Reiki, left her job to go onto University and this July gained an Hon.
